When Louisville, Kentucky cops were searching a suspect they'd arrested on an outstanding warrant Wednesday, they made a sweet discovery: a single donut he apparently pocketed at a nearby store. WDRB reports Jordan M. McLean told cops he purchased the pastry, which was found wrapped in a napkin in his pocket, but a clerk at the store McClean said he bought it from said it was stolen.
Cops added a misdemeanor theft charge to McClean's rap sheet, but suspiciously noted the donut was "not recoverable."
