We wanted to let everyone know we are considered an essential business. So we are able to come to your home to do any screen work you need done. As long as our suppliers remain open we are able to continue our work.

Having a comfortable place in your home like your pool, patio, porch, lanai, etc, to sit, relax and get fresh air is essential to your mental and physical health.

We are able to accept PayPal, Venmo and Zelle as alternate forms of payment. So you won’t have to worry about contact with our employees. We can still accept cash or check.

We are only allowing 1 client in the lobby for drop-offs and pick-ups at a time, so please wait patiently outside until the lobby is free, or call our lobby and we will come out to your car to pick up you dog. We will also bring your dog out to your car at pick up as well. To limit contact with personal items, we will use our own slip leads and kindly ask that you take your leash/harness/collar with you.

For boarders we ask that you do not bring personal items for your dogs suite during this time, but still bring food and treats for their stay.

All dogs will be wiped down once they enter the facility before entering the play yards.

If you are not a current client, please know that we are excepting new daycare & Boarding clients at this time, but only 1 new client per day. Temperament evaluations must be scheduled in advance and proof of up to date vaccines for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella and Canine Influenza must be emailed/faxed prior to the scheduled Temperament Evaluation reservation.

New Grooming clients are welcome. A temperament evaluation is not needed for grooming, but if they are not temperament evaluated they cannot participate in off leash time in the grooming area with the other dogs. a 20% New client discount is available for trying us out. Please note that up to date vaccines are also required in advance of the scheduled grooming appointment (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella & Canine Influenza.

Private training sessions are available via live video chat sessions.
